This notice explains how ICEPASS handles information for its SMS program. It supplements the main ICEPASS Privacy Policy, which covers the broader website and services. For mobile information and SMS consent, the specific protections in this notice apply.
Information used for messaging
We collect the mobile number you provide, your SMS preferences and information recording when and how you opted in or out. Depending on your interaction, messaging records may include your name, relevant booking or membership details, message content, replies and delivery status.
Please do not send payment card details, passwords or sensitive medical information by SMS.
How we use it
We use this information to send the message categories you consented to receive, answer support questions, manage opt-outs, troubleshoot delivery and maintain consent records. Booking and account information helps us send relevant notifications. Marketing messages require the applicable marketing consent.
Consent & your choices
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Email consent and SMS consent are separate. You can decline promotional texts and still use ICEPASS services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may receive one opt-out confirmation. You can also request a correction to your mobile number or ask about your information by emailing community@icepass.la.
Message frequency & rates
Marketing message frequency varies, approximately 2–4 messages per month. Service and account notifications vary with your bookings, membership activity and requested notifications. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms & Conditions for program details.
Retention & security
We retain messaging and consent information for as long as needed to operate the program, respect opt-outs, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. We may retain a limited suppression record after an opt-out to avoid contacting you again.
Access to messaging records is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or opt-out purposes.
This legal website
This site provides public legal information and has no signup form or advertising trackers added by ICEPASS. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the pages. Links to the main ICEPASS website are governed by that website’s policies.
