Provide accurate contact and booking information, use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use, and protect login details. Contact ICEPASS if your account or booking information may have been accessed without authorization.
Bookings, offers and memberships
Prices, taxes or fees, included access, eligibility, availability, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown for your selected offer at booking or checkout govern that purchase. Review them before confirming. These website terms do not create additional cancellation deadlines, refund rules or membership commitments.
Promotional or complimentary offers are subject to their stated eligibility and availability. Contact ICEPASS if a term is unclear. Use the relevant booking or support channel for changes; opting out of communications does not cancel a booking or membership.
Your visit
Follow the instructions, eligibility requirements and safety guidance provided for your session and location. Website information is not individualized medical advice.
